Luan is the Founder of Explore the Movement Pilates and Lead Educator of the Explore the Movement Pilates Teacher Training Academy. With extensive experience teaching both Matwork and Reformer Pilates, along with a Diploma of Clinical Pilates, she is passionate about developing knowledgeable, confident and compassionate Pilates instructors.

Combining evidence-informed Pilates principles with real-world teaching experience, Luan's education goes beyond learning exercises. She mentors future instructors to understand movement, develop exceptional coaching and communication skills, and create safe, inclusive and engaging classes that empower clients of all abilities.

Known for her supportive and encouraging teaching style, Luan believes that great Pilates instructors never stop learning. Her goal is to equip every graduate with the confidence, practical skills and professional mindset to build a rewarding career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others through movement.
