Luan has nailed it, her classes are challenging and every class is different offering good variety that makes you want to keep coming back. The reason I picked explore the movement was through my research it had the best value for money, with the most flexible timetable.
All instructors have been wonderful, and so helpful when you need to modify exercises for whatever reason. I love that no matter how many or little people show they’ll still run a class.
